This privacy notice describes how gp-camping-guide.com handles personal data. The operator is GP Event Camping Services JSC, registered in Tbilisi, Georgia — outside the European Union and EEA.

What data we process
The site is a primarily static editorial publication. We process:
- Server / hosting log files at the CDN level (currently Vercel) — including IP address, requested URL, user agent, referrer and timestamp. Logs are kept for the period necessary for technical operation and abuse prevention; we do not actively analyse these logs.
- Embedded third-party content: map tiles (Esri / ArcGIS Online), the Leaflet map library (unpkg.com CDN). When you load a page with an interactive map, the corresponding third-party providers may record your connection.
- Form data: messages you send to our editorial addresses (redaktion@gp-camping-guide.com) are processed for the purpose of handling your request.
We do not currently run analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or remarketing cookies. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies
The site does not set persistent tracking cookies. Third-party services embedded on the page (e.g., map tile providers) may set technical cookies necessary for their own operation.
Legal basis (where EU law applies)
Although the operator is based outside the EU, visitors based in the EU should be aware that — to the extent EU/EEA data-protection law is considered applicable (GDPR extraterritorial reach, Art. 3 GDPR) — we rely on the following bases:
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) for technical operation, security, and editorial publication.
- Consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) where third-party embeds are loaded by user action.
- Contract / pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR) when you contact us.
Your rights
Where applicable law grants you data-subject rights (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection), you may exercise them by writing to privacy@gp-camping-guide.com. We respond within the time frames required by the applicable law.
Visitors from the EU may also lodge a complaint with their national data-protection authority. Visitors from Georgia may contact the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.
Cross-border processing
Personal data may be processed outside the EU/EEA, including in Georgia (operator's seat) and in the country where the hosting CDN operates server nodes. Where we transfer data, we do so under appropriate safeguards permitted under applicable law.
